Privacy Policy

Applies to: Firstcall for iOS  ·  Effective: 30 October 2026  ·  Developer: Anchori Intel

The short version: Firstcall needs no account, unless you use Family. Your goals, decisions, vault items, tasks and reflections live on your device and in your own private iCloud, not on our servers. If you turn on Family, what you share with your household is stored on our servers so your family can see it, and you can delete your account from inside the app. We show no ads, use no tracking or analytics, and never sell your data.

1. Who We Are

Firstcall is developed by Anchori Intel, a sole-trader app studio operated by Stuart McMillan, registered in Australia (ABN 51 277 394 323). Questions about this policy: hello@anchoriintel.com.

2. What Stays on Your Device and Your iCloud

Everything you create in Firstcall (your goals, projects, daily commands, tasks, decisions, vault items and reflections) is stored locally with Apple's SwiftData and synced across your own devices through your private iCloud account (CloudKit). We cannot see it. The only content Firstcall keeps on a server is what you choose to share through Family (section 6).

3. Your Calendar (Optional)

If you connect your calendar, Firstcall reads your events on your device to plan your day and show free time. You choose exactly which calendars are included. It only ever writes an event when you tap Protect to block focus time or Fit it in to book one of your tasks into a free slot, and it never schedules anything on its own. Calendar data is never sent to our servers, except events from calendars you choose to put on your Family board (section 6).

4. The AI Daily Command (Optional)

When the AI features are enabled, the text you've entered (your goals, projects, due vault items and the titles of your open tasks, plus a summary of free and busy time) is sent, over an encrypted connection, to our processing function, which relays it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate your daily command, decision reads, drafts and weekly review. When you tap Break it down on a task, that task's title, project and up to 500 characters of its notes are sent the same way to suggest concrete next steps.

5. Listen (Optional)

When you tap Listen, Firstcall records audio with your iPhone's microphone and turns it into text on your iPhone. The audio is deleted as soon as the text is ready, unless you turn on "Keep recordings" (kept only on this iPhone, never uploaded). The text is stored with your other data in your private iCloud.

If you use Summary & follow-ups (Pro), the text of that conversation — with the meeting title, the names of the people invited and your project titles — is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing function, which relays it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the summary and follow-ups. It is used only for that, and is not stored by our function.

Please tell people before you record a conversation. In some places it's the law.

6. Family (Optional)

Family is a board you share with your household. To use it you sign in with Apple, which creates an account with us. If you never open Family, none of this applies to you.

While you're in a household, these are stored on our database, hosted by Supabase, over an encrypted connection, and are visible to the members of your household:

Other members of your household are the only people who can see this. It's protected by per-household access rules, is not used for advertising, and is not sent to our AI provider.

Weather (optional). If you turn on weather in your family brief, Firstcall uses your approximate location on your device to ask Apple Weather for today's forecast. We don't store your location.

The Family widget shows only what the household already shares. Anyone who can see the screen it's on can see it, including a shared display such as Apple HomeView.

7. Notifications and Sharing

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. When you use Send to household, you choose what to share and send it yourself through your own Messages or Mail. Firstcall doesn't transmit it for you, and your Vault stays private except for the items you deliberately choose to share.

8. What We Never Do

9. Deleting Your Data

Settings → Erase all my data permanently removes everything on your device and in your iCloud.

Family → + → Delete my account permanently deletes your account, your member profile, the events you shared and your pickups, away days and stars from our servers. Lists, meals and countdowns the household shares stay for the other members, and are deleted too if you're the last one. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

10. Children

Firstcall is made for adults and is not directed at children. Family lets a household include its kids, so it can hold a child's first name, chores and stars, entered by them or by a parent. A parent or guardian should set this up and stay in charge of it. We never use a child's information for advertising and never send it to our AI provider. If you're a parent and want a child's information removed, delete it from the app or email us.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note the change in the next app update's release notes. We never change it retroactively in a way that reduces your protections.

12. Contact

We read every email and reply personally.
